Crosspollinate respects the privacy of users and visitors

Protecting your privacy is a high priority for us. Crosspollinate's services are designed to be anonymous and safe for our users and the followers of our user's micro-blog. In general, the Crosspollinate's web services and applications:
1. DO NOT collect personally identifiable information off your computer, the only information collected is what is necessary for the application to function properly;
2. DO NOT initiate downloads or installations without your approval; and
3. DO NOT track individual surfing habits or present advertising based on your online activities.

Crosspollinate only aggregates data from users' online behavior which is not personally identifiable (individual IP addresses are never tracked at any point in time!). Our services aggregate data across all users thereby ensuring that a user's privacy remains intact at all times. We honor the privacy of our users and do not knowingly collect or license personally identifiable information from users. All information supplied by users while using the Crosspollinate services are for use exclusively by Crosspollinate and are never divulged or marketed to third parties. All information is exploited for the sole purpose of improving the quality of the Service. The definition of the Service is that described in the general Terms of Use on the site. We do not control what information third party websites put into their URLs or where they put it. The URL information we collect may sometimes contain personal information about users. However, we make every commercially viable effort to purge personally identifiable information wherever we find it.

We will occasionally update this agreement in order to take into account comments and suggestions of clients and partner companies.
